Augmented Reality App for House of Creativity Event at Fusion Arts

Fusion Arts in Oxford asked me if I could make something fun for their House of Creativity event. I wanted to do something simple using Augmented Reality. You point your phone at the front of the building and you see a stream of animated characters from the even poster come to life. No app to download, just scan a QR code allow the camera and point it up.
I thought it would also be a good opportunity to learn some AR app development using agentic AI tools like Claude Code.
